I grew up in Atlanta but spent my childhood skiing the slopes of Summit County on family trips — I was on skis by age 4. Colorado wasn't just a vacation destination, it was where I felt most at home. Eventually, I made it permanent.
Real estate actually started for me long before any of that — as a kid riding around Atlanta in my mom's 1980s station wagon, stopping at every open house and new construction site we passed. I've been hooked on watching homes come together ever since.
I studied Finance and Management at Tulane University — my senior year happened to coincide with Hurricane Katrina, which displaced our entire class for a semester. We came back, finished, and graduated the following spring. It's the kind of thing that teaches you to stay calm when things get complicated — which comes in handy in real estate.
From there I went straight into a Master's in Real Estate at Georgia State, and I've spent the 13 years since doing this full time. Along the way I built a vacation rental company managing over 100 properties and sold it to Wyndham Resorts — experience I bring to every investment and STR client I work with. Residential sales, infill development, vacation rentals, investment properties — I've worked all of it across Denver Metro and Summit County.
Most agents are looking for the next deal. My job is to make sure you actually understand what you're doing and feel confident doing it. No corners cut. That means real due diligence on every deal — I'd rather protect your interests than rush to the next transaction.
